CRMA 2030 (CRITICAL RAW MATERIALS ACT)
This is a European regulation concerning the use of critical raw materials in the energy transition, digital technology, space and defence sectors. On the one hand, it governs the procurement of raw materials, with a focus on transparency and traceability of origin, as well as the stability of supply chain partners. On the other hand, this legislation sets out guidelines for buyers regarding the processing and circularity of strategic raw materials.
OECD DUE DILIGENCE GUIDANCE FOR MINERALS (OESO)
NexaTrace also operates in accordance with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Minerals. This is an international partnership that oversees the trade in metals and minerals from conflict-affected areas where human rights violations occur. It encourages end-users and suppliers to take responsibility by implementing a corporate policy that incorporates risk analysis and risk management. The guidance also facilitates independent third-party verification of human rights conditions on site, including forced labour, child labour, social exploitation, corruption, etc.
ESG-COMPLIANCE
ESG compliance refers to the set of guidelines through which a company complies with various regulations concerning:
